Problems After Changing Nameservers

Hi, I've had to change nameservers on a CC4 domain. The files themselves and the MySQL did not require a move, it was simply a change in nameservers.

Now when I try to access the domain, I get the following message:

Site error: the file /home/******/public_html/******/index_enc_ion.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.

I have been unable to solve this. Please help.

BTW, I also changed a CC3 domain and there was no problem!

Contact your host. They should be able to rectify withlittle issue.

A nameserver change means that your hosting is at this new location (the name server is literally the name of your server) - even if you didn't have to make any changes - chances are your hosts successfully transferred all the data across to a new server for whatever reason.

The message seems to simply indicate that ioncube is not installed on the new server.

In most instances you can upload the loaders yourself (see pinned post in cc4 installation forum)

This would not affect version 3 cubecart because version 3 does not use ioncube (this is part of software licensing with cc4).

Good luck with sorting out.
