Shipping Entry Individually For Each Product

Hi,

I need help with shipping setup in CubeCart Version: 3.0.17.

I need to enter manually the shipping cost of each product. It could be easy for UK only. But I need to let customers order from Europe, US and Canada.

Say for example:

I have a product A, which I am shipping to UK at a shipping cost of £6.5, for US/Canada it is £12.5, for Europe it differs by zone.

So how can I map this shipping to my store.

Secondly, I need to know how can restrict the ordering to Europe (Only some countries), UK, US/Canada? Which means ordering available to these countries or regions I selected. Is it possible?
