Your custom skin may need some adjustments though and they are detailed in the changelog. You mean from what I have 4.1.0 RC2 to 4.1.0 to 4.1.1? I upgraded from the rc2 to 4.1.1 and there is no issues with my store and it is running fast and taking orders - there was a minor issue with ssl which was resolved and a issue of my own doing with my skin theme which was also solved for me!! Personally, I didn't have a single problem with RC2 until I tried using SEO (http://www.cubecart.com/site/forums/index.php?s=&showtopic=31960&view=findpost&p=145877) Told by service to upgrade and it should fix the problem.
