Please contact us to see if we can make an alternative arrangement or reduce the amount of items in your basket. I havent specified a max eight, nor can I find anywhere to do so, I'm probably blind from looking, but HELP! Guest Posted February 2, 2008 Share Posted February 2, 2008 I assume you are using shipping by weight? The only time I've seen this error is when you didn't have a shipping cost specified for the total weight they are trying to buy. I usually add a 10000 weight or something silly at the end of the zone settings just to be sure this doesn't happen. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I was (and still am) trying to figure out a way to provide free shipping on some products while adding shipping charges based on weight for the rest.
