Now a few weeks later they have e-mailed me to say they recieved an e-mail from my site saying they requested a new password but they never did so. I have have checked my admin and my site out and everything is the same as it always has been. Could some one be trying to hack my site or this customers accounts or is it a problem with Cubecart and what is the best thing to do about it. All help gratefully recieved.
