E-mail New Customers

I wanted to now if theres an option that sends an e-mail to the admin when a new customer registers at the shop.

and if not which file needs to be edited (if this is permitted ).

another thing I would like to ask is if there is a possibility to add a new payment method.

(been searching but don't have much time lately because of school)
