Guest Posted March 28, 2008 Share Posted March 28, 2008 Both the UPS and USPS shipping modules are returning incorrect shipping costs. I had a shipment go via UPS and it charged the customer $7.90. However, when I created the shipment on the UPS website, I was charged $9.78. I looked at the shipping details, and it listed the following: Transportation 7.28 USD Fuel Surcharge 0.55 USD Residential Surcharge 1.95 USD I verified that the UPS configuration was set for Residential delivery, and using "Customer Packaging". The weight listed on the item shipped matched what I entered at the UPS site. Another package I sent from the US to Canada charged the customer around $20 but I was charged almost $50! The USPS module also consistently gives low shipping costs. This is killing me! How do I fix this? Is it a bug in the software or operator error?
