Guest Posted April 20, 2008 Share Posted April 20, 2008 The usual reason for this is you are entering the database information wrong. Make sure you have the complete database name and user name - many hosts append your account name to the beginning of it. Make sure you are entering the password correctly. If you still have problems, check with your hosting company and make sure the path (localhost) is correct.
