Category image appears in odd place?

I've attached my viewCat.tpl file. We didn't like that in Caretta-Soft the category image appeared below the description instead of on the top right corner. So I moved the cat image bit to the top and put a right align on it and it still appears below the description? Can someone take a quick look and tell me why this is happening? We want people to see our category image at the same time they see the title.
