Using authorize I get strange error, plus no google checkout

When running a test order with credit card #4111111111111111, when I click to make the payment, I get this: An error occured.

Error code 33 - "Phone is required."

However there is no place on that page to put a phone number and there is a phone number in my test account so what on earth?

Plus I've enabled google checkout but it doesn't appear as an option in checkout - I have ssl enabled and the keys and such are correct.
