Guest PLMaster
I have the stock dhtml expanding menu turned on. In Firefox on one Windows machine, it works. In Firefox on my Mac, it works. In IE it works. In Firefox 2.0.0.14 on three other pcs it just shows the top level links with no tree. How can I make it uniform across the browsers, and does it radically slow down the site a lot having it on?
kinetic
On the 3 other PCs check to see if javascript is enabled and if so see what is checked under Advanced javascript settings if the tree is getting disabled because of js settings there would be no way to ensure users have js enabled or that if they do, that they have the proper advanced settings set if the issues isnt a js setting in Firefox Id submit a ticket to Support since you have a paid license personally I stay away from the dhtml tree expanding menus and turn it off because somebody somewhere isnt going to be able to use it (doesnt degrade well) easier to just turn it off and let users click into a top level and surf thru the subcats normally Kinetic I have the stock dhtml expanding menu turned on.
