Email text issues (currency and separator)

In the Admin CP euro currency and symbol are setup correctly but the e-mail confirmation order shows:

1) € instead of €

2) . as separator instead of ,

For example:

Grand Total: €8.32

instead of

Grand Total: €8,32

How could I fix these problems?
