Guest MoonCatcher
Ok, finally got a store up and it works Zen cart sucks at this moment. I figured out the path to my downloads after error and error, but fixed also. Now my question: I made a friend of my admin (and there will be others too) I made a ftp account for her with her own login and password she can upload her zips to there, but when I test it with the pad I get the warning error again. Tried every path. This path is working /home/vhosts/xxx/httpdocs/Scrapstore/download/content.zip In my httpdocs is a folder web_users. Do I have to put it after httpdocs then a / and then the name I gave the webuser? Or is it not possible to let others upload there content to the store? Thank you in advance :)
Guest estelle
I don't understand exactly what you are doing, but it sounds like it might be a permissions issue. If you have created a separate FTP account, perhaps when your friend uploads the files they have incorrect file permissions. Try letting your friend upload files using your FTP account, and see if this fixes the problem.
Guest MoonCatcher
But if I give my ftp account then she could see everything I have in my directory and that's not what I want, therefor the web-user account on my ftp. It is my ftp account only I gave her a webuser account so she can use my ftp but only in her own folder. So I want to know the path to that folder. Placing a path to that folder isn't a permission issue cause there is no permission needed to paste a path I guess. I made her an account in Plesk so she uses http://mydomain.com/~nameofheracount So it's all on my domain. In other words....how do I let other admins upload their zips without using my download folder in my directory (so again the web-user account)
