Warning in Admin area when deleting images

Hello there:

I have 2 problems in my Admin area.

1. In " Manage Images" functions, When I try to delete one of the photos in the lists. It shows "Delete Failed" come with the Warning:

filesize() [function.filesize]: stat failed for /home/autobout/public_html/images/uploads/±³Ãæ6.jpg in /home/autobout/public_html/admin/sources/filemanager/index.inc.php on line 104

2. When I try to Add New products, I try to Insert/Edit Pictures in the description. The picture shows RED CROSS. I have chosen the right format. Some photos are showing and some of them are not showing. If anyonw knows that, Please suggest me.
