I've been reading around and still can't figure this out. I'm getting the following error:

Fatal error: Unable to read 11288 bytes in /home/xxxxx/public_html/admin_enc_zend.php on line 11

for the admin

and:

Fatal error: Unable to read 11288 bytes in /home/xxxxx/public_html/index_enc_zend.php on line 11

for the index page.

I've uploaded the the admin and index pages in binary mode.

When I go to the compat test page this is what I get:

Notes:

* Ioncube OR Zend Optimizer is required for CubeCart to work at all.

* GD Image Library is required for dynamic image manipulation.

* PHP 5.2.0 Is the minimum version CubeCart will work with.

* MySQL 4.1.0 is the minimum version CubeCart will work with.

* cURL is required to communicate with 3rd party servers for services such as taking credit card payments.

* mcrypt is used by the manual credit card capture only for encrypting credit card data.

* Safe Mode is recommended to be off.
