Guest Tetsugaku-San Posted August 20, 2008 Share Posted August 20, 2008 Hi all - I'm trying to install the latest version of cubecart 4 on a server with an available MySQL DB and PHP 5.2.2. After I get to step 4 and fill out all the DB details etc. The browser hangs around for ages then finally gives me a 500 error. Going back to the start gives me a completely corrupted website that won't serve ut anything until I wipe the folders by FTP, upload CubeCart again and start from scratch. Guest Tetsugaku-San Posted August 20, 2008 Share Posted August 20, 2008 Ah FFS.... Don't worry fixed now... I'll add the sollution on the offchance someone else has the same issue. When I got stuck in this loop - I had put my domain name xxxxx.com in as the hostname. This seems to cause some sort of loop and everything is broken.
