Guest jazzydan58 Posted August 27, 2008 Share Posted August 27, 2008 I want to customise the emails in the language section for CC4, now I thought this would be a simple process but it seems to be overly complicated for me! First I have: order_breakdown_1 order_breakdown_2 order_breakdown_3 and so on and on, are these all part of the same email or seperate? why are they split in to sub sections? secondly if I copy and paste tags in to the email such as {PRODUCT_NAME} or {PRODUCT_QUANTITY} then I would expect to see the correct information displayed in the email but instead the email just contains exactly {PRODUCT_NAME} and {PRODUCT_QUANTITY} it doesnt show the ACTUAL product name or product quantity for the order!
