Guest aaricwon Posted September 13, 2008 Share Posted September 13, 2008 I just installed CubeCart and am just trying to figure it out. I am hoping my mistake is a simple one but I am not sure. I have set up 1 product as a test product. When I go to the page http://www.tuffnuff.net/shop and add it to the basket everything seems fine. When I go to check out the 1st page looks good but when you hit Continue a Internal Server Error page comes up on the cart.php?act=step4 page. I think this would be where you verify your address. For me, it's hanging no matter what payment method I enable - ePayOffline, PayPal and Print Order Form (or any combination thereof) - or none at all. (I've also tried playing around with different shipping modules, since I wasn't sure exactly what Step 3 entails since I've never gotten there ... Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
