Fix validation error on "&"

This isn't new, but it's worth repeating.

Cubecart automatically processes "&"s and "&"s for correct output, but one little bit seems to have slipped through the net. To fix it:

In classes/db.inc.php, around line 130:

Find

if (count($newParams) != 0) {

				$queryString = "&" . htmlentities(implode("&", $newParams));

			}

Replace with 

if (count($newParams) != 0) {

				$queryString = "&" . htmlentities(implode("&", $newParams));

			}

I think that's it. Correct me if I'm wrong.
