Problems changing hosts and then using cubecart admin

Hi, I have recently changed hosts and being very new to this all, I think I have landed myself in alot of trouble. I have set up an account with a new host, uploaded the website files through ftp and created a new database and then imported the data sql files from the previous database. The website is coming up okay except for the thumbnails that aren't showing, does anyone know why this happens and what I could do to fix this as easily as possible? Secondly when I go to www.mydomain.co.nz/admin/index.php to log into cubecart admin, I get the following:

Can anyone offer any advice as I'm not now able to add/delete/edit products, homepage, categories etc and being new to this, I have absolutely no idea what to do. Does cubecart need to be installed again with the new webhost, how would I do this? Thanks, any help would be most appreciated.
