Lately in my admin customers online info many are like below either in cart or login

Looked at my cpanel visitors and there are addresses like the one below and also a google.bot address

My question is this a normal address or a robot or spider etc I went in and banned the ip address not sure if this was the right thing to do?

If this activity isnt normal which files if any, would I look into to check if anything has been added. I haven't had a new customer sign up or an order in a month which is very strange.
