Removing an item from visibility when stock hits 0

Hi everyone, I just finished customising my first CubeCart store (www.lovemissdaisy.com). My client sells one off vintage clothing so when someone buys an item, it needs to be removed permanently from the list of available items, it will never be back in stock again, is there any way of enabling this in the vanilla 4.0 store?
