Guest nickycc Posted October 14, 2008 Share Posted October 14, 2008 I upgraded to 4.2.3 today and my host moved my site to a server using PHP 5.2 All looks fine but when I tried to Add Product or update an existing product I get an error "The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request..." So I had my host install Zend on the server with my site and they also installed Ioncubes... still same error. They have told me: "It appears PHP is crashing. Possibly because its an older version. If you would like we can move you to a newer server and then install php 5.2.6 with zend and ioncube." I have also noticed that when I try to upload new images it seems to just "think" but if I close the window the image is in my image manager, BUT no other images are in there from previous uploads. But I can see them in the Upload Window... Hopefully they will make the change tomorrow, but will this fix my problem? N. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
