Guest sampleoidz Posted November 17, 2008 Share Posted November 17, 2008 CC4 Hi I am having this problem , I sell downloads mainly but Would like to also offer the cd version . My problem is When I set up the product options to say ( Download Version ) and ( Cd Version + £6 ) and set up the weight of the product which should only apply to the cd version it applys it to both digital and tangible so when the customer checks out on the digital version of the product they are still charged shipping. I have tried including adding the postage to the product option, but this does not work out for customers in diffrent shipping zones as its more expensive to ship.
