Guest TMC Posted December 1, 2008 Share Posted December 1, 2008 Probably a dumb question I need to update my prices to pass the new VAT savings onto my customers - I want to reduce RRP's by a straight 2.5% (rather than what they would actually save - to make life easy!) Now in the Update Prices by Category section in View Products page do I have to enter: Normal Price:100% Sale Price: 97.5% Categories: All then click update. This doesn't seem to update, even after clearing the cache both in admin and in various browsers..... Have searched around here and the knowledge base but can't find anything.
