Guest orderrag Posted December 5, 2008 Share Posted December 5, 2008 Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to stop duplicates of existing products from appearing in the cart without reason. Its not that the product actually gets duplicated and then two exist. Instead, when viewing the a product category on the front end, there may be many duplicates of the same product. When we go into the database to see how many exist, there is only one. Our solution has been to go into "view product" for each item that has duplicates, change its master category to something else. Then only after changing the product's master category back to where it belongs, does it show up with out duplicates. I did a search and could not find anything about duplicates in the forums.
