Guest jacksond Posted January 13, 2009 Share Posted January 13, 2009 I just installed version 4.3.? the other day (http://www.jacksonjewellery.com/cart) and I'm getting it set up the way I'd like it. I'm testing things out now and I created a new user (me as a customer) and when I try to log in with the email and password, I get a Login Failed! message. I know the email address and password are correct because I created them, but just in case, I also changed the password in the admin panel and it still didn't work.
