Number Count Is Off, Buy Button Not Working In Category Area, & Fi

Hi,

I have three questions:

1. Under the "Shop By Category" box the number of items that I have next to the products are wrong. For example, we only have 31 tops but the count says 46.

2. When you get into the category view of the items and click on the "Buy" button, nothing happens. It does not check you own nor get added to your shopping cart.

3. I would like to add three shipping options, for example:

Local Shipping (Free)

Will contact them to setup location or they have to come pick (Free shipping)

Priority Service

$6.00 Flat Rate

Express Service

$12.00

But I don't see where I can have the option in the shipping modules to input the type of shipping and the price.
