Guest stprix49 Posted January 30, 2009 Share Posted January 30, 2009 When a first time customer input his/her information and indicates the same shipping address when they proceed further in the checkout process the state in the shipping address changes to KK or XX instead of NY. If its a returning customer the state appears correct. Does anyone know where I should look to try to resolve this or why this is occurring?
