bigpedro Posted March 21, 2009 Share Posted March 21, 2009 Hi Guys I have taken over a cube cart site which is never ideal. I have moved it to a development domain. www.trax.arnclan.info. Got it all up live (although the images are missing!) but cannot get into the admin area. I get this message Software License Error #4 The client has a license which they have never used as the site has never been live only on development domains. I have got another free trial license to hopefully finsh the site. I have put he new trial license number in global.inc.php but still get the error. I have deleted the key.php and still get it. If I login to tmy CC account I can see that on my trial license that CC know where the site is as it is showing trax.arnclan.info. Any Ideas or pointers would be gratefully received! Big Pedro! You should contact Devellion direct to resolve this, as there is nothing much we can do about licence issues here other than point you to the knowledgebase article. Unfortunately the support has run out, so speaking to Devellion isn't an option right now. When I try to get to admin now I get a 404 page cannot be displayed error. How weird is that! I have looked at the cubecart site and under the trial of version 4 I am using it states the correct host domain, so it can't be that!
