Some orders are coming through with a total (which has been paid through PayPal), but no products showing so we can't fill the order. I've checked the actual tables in the DB, and though the order number shows up in CubeCart_order_sum and CubeCart_transactions, it does not show up at all in CubeCart_order_inv where the actual items would be stored for the order.
