Every time I try and configure the Pay Pal Direct and Express gateway it keeps saying you need to upload the API certificate to this (shows a file name) location on your server. I'm using Web City as my host and every time I make a file with that location name and try and upload it, it just says the same thing, no file exists??? Can someone please help?
