Guest lolichka Posted June 26, 2009 Share Posted June 26, 2009 Hi, maybe it's my stupid head this morning, so some clarification would be appreciated.... I put through a dummy test using the payoffline feature. I am running 4.3.3. Is it possible to somehow have it so that AFTER the customer clicks on "Make Payment" they receive the Order Acknowledgement? Instead of at the "Place Order" stage? Normally after a payment has been made you receive an acknowledgement. I find this confusing. If I were to change the e-mail notification to have it sent AFTER I clicked on "Make Payment" stage what file / code would be edited? From memory, I am pretty sure that in version 3.0.18 which is what I am currently running it skips a step. Is there such a thing for CC4 to perhaps skip this step? Perhaps it may have something to do with why I am being sent two of the same e-mails (thinking outside the square here???)
