Guest strober Posted July 11, 2009 Share Posted July 11, 2009 Hi everyone, The email that is sent out to the customer titled "Order Acknowledgement #xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxx" has a link in it for the customer to check the status of their order. You can view the status of your order at any time, via our website by following the link below: http://your.domain.tld/index.php?_g=co&...xxx-xxxxxx-xxxx Clicking on the link takes you back to my site where it displays: Order No: xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxx That order number could not be found. The order number exists in the backend and the customer gets the download link in a subsequent email and everything is fine. But I just wanted to see if anyone had an idea about this.
