Guest Posted July 14, 2009 Share Posted July 14, 2009 OK, so my store is good for 15-30 orders a day. The status of these orders do not seem to follow any rhyme or reason. Some are cancelled, some show shipped, others show the two other statuses I had created. The way my store works, I need to check every order before it is accepted. CC4 seems to want to change the status based on a successful (or non) payment; I need to stop this. We have tried to force it, but that didn't work; nothing seems to. Is there any way to get this darn cart to stop detecting the payment status? I need all new orders to default to a single status that must be manually changed.
