Guest Posted July 17, 2009 Share Posted July 17, 2009 I have successfully registered with USPS Webtools and I have been activated and given access to the production servers. When I try to checkout without debugging enabled, I get "Failed to add the package" and when I have debugging turned on, I simply get "USPS Error:" with no further details.
