Customer Cant Checkout

When using Internet Explorer, many of my customers cannot seem to checkout. I am losing sales. They click "Add to basket" and nothing happens. How can I fix this please?

I am using :

CubeCart Version: Visit the CubeCart Downloads Server4.2.3

PHP Version: 5.2.8

MySQL Version: 5.1.30

Image upload folder size: 137.8 KB

Server Software: Apache/2.2.11 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.11 OpenSSL/0.9.8i DAV/2 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635

Client Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.11) Gecko/2009060215 Firefox/3.0.11

whats the URL of your store?

What version of IE are your customers reporting?

Is it only IE7? IE8? IE6? all IE versions?

Got any mods or addons to your store?

I have PCs here with IE6 and IE7 and IE8 and I can test for you
