"Processing" customer orders keeps changing to "Order C

Hi everyone,

I have a strange dilemma occurring with my customer orders. The status "Processing" customer orders keep changing status to "Canceled".

The first time it happened to this customer it went from "Processing" to "Canceled". And then after the order was finished and delivered to the same customer, the order went from "Order Complete & Dispatched" to "Canceled" again.

Can someone tell me what is going on here? Is it a software glitch? Or is the can the customer do this from their account?

Please help.
