Guest Hops and Grapes Posted September 24, 2009 Share Posted September 24, 2009 upgraded to 4.3.4, now there are multiple problems. First off Authorize.net AIM does not work. When a customer enters in their credit card information the browser hangs, and doesn't complete the transaction. After this happens, when you try to enter your cart the browser hangs and sits loading. After being on the phone with Authorize.net and the server admin there are absolutely no differences or hang ups addressed with them. This is purely a Cubecart problem. Everything worked yesterday and we received about a dozen orders. Today I'm receiving multiple emails from customers on the hanging, and have tested it my self in two different browsers to confirm. Why is this happening? Everytime there is an upgrade or a bug fix it breaks something else. Not very happy with the support of Cubecart atm. Robsta Posted September 25, 2009 Share Posted September 25, 2009 What you can do is to upload the Authorize.net AIM module from the previous release / installation into the Modules/Gateway directory.
