Hyperlink terms & conditions changed

Afhter the upgrade from 4.3.3 to 4.3.4 is my hyperlink in my cart chanced from http://www.silk-stockings.nl/algemene-voor...den/info_3.html to http://www.silk-stockings.nl/faq/info_6.html

Where can I changed this?

If I understand what you're talking about.. you should be able to fix that by going to the admin control panel,

Then goto Documents / Site Documents.

Select the document (with the round radio button) that you want to be the terms and conditions, then click the button at the bottom of the list of pages called "Set selected as terms and conditions".

That should fix it.
