Help with code validation.... bug issue

I love have all my websites validated in W3C regretfully there is one page in CC I can not do

The page is the category page .....

WHEN IN A CATEGORY THERE ARE MORE THEN ONE PAGES OF PRODUCTS LISTED AND SO AT THE TOP AND AT TH EBOTTOM YOU HAVE ===>>> PAG 1 PAG 2 PAG3 ===>>> THE SYSTEM CREATE IN THE SOURCE THIS CODE:

As you can see

 

[b]1&act[/b]

is & not properly coded as &

So i know perfectly what is the error, but no idea where can I change that in order to complete my validation?

Check this page as sample and try to validate to see the errors
