They are getting an email from authorize.net that does not include their shipping address (shipping address fields do not appear to be passed to authorize.net), in addition to the email from cubecart. How can I disable the emails from authorize.net? Is that something I set AT authorize.net, or is there something I can edit in CubeCart? - Bob Sorry - too hasty. My client informs me that the email from CubeCart is only a link to the customer's order. What we want is a single email sent from CubeCart that contains all the order info, including billing and shipping address. Or I suppose it could be a single email from Authorize.net if that email could contain the shipping address too. As it is, customers are calling to ask why their shipping address isn't showing up.
