Guest cdbevan Posted December 28, 2009 Share Posted December 28, 2009 I have just upgraded a shop to V4.3.7 and now the download links won't work. All the downloads are above the public_html directory and they have not been altered. I believe that the link looks just like they should. Cpanel says the Home Directory is at /home/username and we have put the links as /home/username/Downloads/filename.zip. As I said, it worked correctly in V3.0.15. Now, when people receive a link it comes up with the error message. I cannot see the actual link, as it is encrypted. Is there a way around this or do I have to alter all my digital links to absolute ones, which I don't really want to do as people will see the directory link? It seems the server puts the whole download file into memory! As only 4MB is allocated any larger downloads just won't work at all. I have logged a bug but has anyone seen this or got around it yet?
