The search tool don't work in Arabic site

Hi,

The search tool always gets no result when i enter an Exact arabic word for a product for example , i asked the support and told me :

If you want to use Egyptian characters you have to use proper character set! Your current is ISO-8859-1 which is plain ISO or English characters. Have a look at your page html source code how are product names into database stored - html entities there:

<p class="txtContentTitle"><strong>الجاهليون</strong></p>

this is showing as

الجاهليون

so no way to do proper search at all. May be quick solution is to convert search string to html entities so it could find proper target.

I don't know how to do the previous, Can anybody explain how exactly fix this issue ?
