Guest smcdonough Posted January 4, 2010 Share Posted January 4, 2010 I am brand new to this and am using Version 4.3.4 I have been uploading images of our products and had no problem until the images loaded up incorrectly. I was no longer seeing the images, only boxes with a red "x". I tried to locate the file where the images were saved to delete and try to reload them, but could not find anywhere where that was possible. Is there anybody who could fill me in on a little bit of this because I can't figure out why this is happening? One other thing, the products that we sell come in different sizes.
