Guest Blue Render Posted January 6, 2010 Share Posted January 6, 2010 Not sure what happened but all of the sudden any file over 5-10mb fails on download from our store. That is a problem because files from our store typically exceed 100mb. I talked to the host who said, "I don't know. I don't see anything that would have changed." However, there is some reason to believe that the php.ini file was changed as it messed with another site of ours. The rep from the hosting company also mentioned that I could look at the php.ini file. I was not instructed on what to look for. Does anyone have any advice for me?
