Guest Posted January 9, 2010 Share Posted January 9, 2010 Hey everyone, I just set up my store and have a quick question. I'm using AlertPay to process payments. Everytime someone puts an item into the cart and gets forwarded over to AlertPay for payment, I get a message on the Administration area telling me I have a pending order, regardless of whether they pay for the product or abandon the transaction. How would I got about setting it up that I get an alert/addition to the Order page ONLY if the customer pays for the product. Thanks! Nikki.
