Different error when adding options

i get this error when adding options, anyone any ideas

MySQL Error Occurred

Error Message:

1064: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '0,,'+')' at line 1

SQL:

INSERT INTO CubeCart_options_bot (`product`,`option_id`,`value_id`,`option_price`,`option_symbol`) VALUES (93,,0,,'+');
