Cannot save settings Store Config > General Settings - Get Bad Requ

Hi, having an issue when trying to save general settings using the update settings button.

getting a Browser error: 400 Bad Request.

Just to give you a little history, I just installed CubeCart and was having troubles and was told to ask my host to do the following:

" Tell them your browser is sending back a very standard URL, with a couple of typical variable=value pairs, along with a couple of POSTed variable:value pairs, but the server throws back an Error 400 Bad Request (which is not the same as a 404 Page Not Found). The only thing that could get in the way of transporting this request from browser to server is the Apache directives. (Actually, a lot of things can interfere, but two independent systems showing the same results - that means a problem with the server.)"

My host fixed this issue and replied:

"This error is from conflict with a modsecurity rule on the server. We have escalated to system admin for them to add an exception for your domain. We will let you know as soon as it is complete."

That seemed to fix my issue with Installation.

Can someone help? Is related to my first issue, or something completely different?
