How can I add the [Logout | Your Account] buttons to the header?

On my right bar, there is a function which displays welcome information "[Logout | Your Account]". How do I display this in my header? What's the code for it?

I know I can just put these up there with links, but I would rather use the actual hard code so that it writes the dynamic information as it would in the sidebar.

Its just positioning a box, you'll need to have some knowledge of CSS and HTML.

I cannot find the tpl doc for this.
